What we treat as an emergency
- Severe tooth pain that stops you eating or sleeping
- Broken, chipped or cracked tooth
- Knocked-out tooth
- Lost filling or crown
- Swelling or an abscess
- A tooth that needs to come out
Exam, X-ray and treatment in the same visit where possible — including extraction, which we do here.
What happens when you call
No hold queue, no online triage form standing between you and a person.
You tell us what’s happening.
A person answers, 9:00 am–6:00 pm. Not a menu.
We find you a time.
We’ll get you in as soon as we can, and we’ll tell you honestly when that is.

Teeth cleaning
Scale, polish and a check. The regular visit that keeps small problems from becoming big ones.
Fillings & restorations
For cavities and worn, chipped or cracked teeth.
Root canals
When a tooth is infected but worth saving — treated here, not referred out.
Exams & X-rays
The starting point for anything. We see what’s going on before planning any treatment.
Crowns & dentures
Rebuilding or replacing missing or damaged teeth.

What will it cost?
The question most people are too polite to ask on the phone. Here it is, answered.
Under the CDCP, the plan pays a set amount for each procedure — the fee guide. Some offices charge more than that and bill you the difference. We don’t. We bill the CDCP amount and that’s it.
The plan covers a percentage of that amount depending on your household income, so some patients have a co-payment — that’s part of the plan, not an extra charge from us. We’ll tell you your exact cost before we begin.
Not sure if you’re covered?
Eligibility and renewal dates are set by the Government of Canada and change from year to year. Call us and we’ll work through it with you.

Bringing a child in?
What a first visit actually involves, so you can tell them before you arrive.
A first appointment is short, and mostly about the chair.
Counting teeth, a look around, a ride up and down in the chair. Most first visits don’t involve treatment at all. If your child needs something done, we’ll explain it to both of you before anything starts.
- The Canadian Dental Association recommends a first assessment within six months of the first tooth appearing, or by age one.
- Cleanings, checkups, fillings and children’s dentistry are all done at this office.
- Children are covered by CDCP in eligible households — see the coverage section above.
- Book the whole family into one trip rather than four.
Our dentists are general dentists who treat children. We don’t claim a paediatric specialty.
What we can tell you for certain
Ontario doesn’t permit dental practices to advertise patient reviews or ratings, so here are the facts instead.
Two London locations
Beaverbrook Ave in the north, Wonderland Rd S in the south. The south office is the newer of the two.

Arabic is spoken here. Ask for it when you call and we’ll arrange the appointment accordingly.
Done at this office
Cleanings, checkups, fillings, extractions including wisdom teeth, root canal, crowns and bridges, dentures, implants, clear aligners, Invisalign and Fastbraces.
Sedation and laser dentistry
We offer sedation dentistry and we use dental lasers for some procedures. Ask us which applies to your treatment.
